SERVICES

Where therapeutic structure and intuitive wisdom come together to liberate how you live in your body.

And when this work begins to take root, something remarkable happens.

Your body stops feeling like something you have to manage.
Your nervous system stops bracing for the next demand.
And the life you’ve been pushing through begins to feel like something you can finally inhabit.

Fully.
With presence.
With wholeness.
With pleasure — even in difficult moments.

You remember the strength that has always lived within you.
The wholeness that was never actually lost.

This is the work I call a Journey of Liberation — the process of using yoga therapy to gently dismantle the patterns that keep your body on constant alert and to cultivate a new way of living within yourself.

Not escaping your life.
Not fixing yourself.

But returning to your body as the place where your power, wisdom, and freedom begin to shape how you move through the world.

PRIVATE 1:1 YOGA THERAPY

Focused, deeply personal work for stepping into your strength, sovereignty, and wholeness.

Private yoga therapy is where this work becomes deeply personal.

In these one-on-one sessions, we move beyond general wellness practices and into a therapeutic process designed specifically for you — your body, your history, and the patterns that shape how you move through your life.

We begin with a comprehensive intake and therapeutic assessment designed to understand the full landscape of your experience. This includes your health history, lifestyle patterns, current symptoms, goals, and the ways your mindset, nervous system, and body work together in response to stress, responsibility, and the demands of daily life.

This assessment allows us to identify risks, patterns, and opportunities so we can create a safe and personalized therapeutic plan within a biopsychosocial-spiritual framework.

Yoga therapy, as defined by the International Association of Yoga Therapists, is the professional application of yoga principles and practices to support health and well-being within a therapeutic relationship that includes personalized assessment, goal setting, lifestyle guidance, and individualized practices.

Each session is guided by clear therapeutic intentions aligned with your overall plan. Together, we work with practices that may include therapeutic movement, breath repatterning, mindfulness and meditation, relaxation techniques, imagery, intention-setting, and relevant yogic philosophy.

Practices are continuously adapted to meet you exactly where you are — supporting balance across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of your life.

Where the “work” becomes part of your everyday life

Between sessions you will receive playwork.
And playwork is not homework.

Private 1:1 sessions may take place in person or virtually via Zoom, allowing you to engage in this work in the way that best supports your life and circumstances.

It is where the real discovery happens — where insight becomes experience and new ways of being in your body begin to take root.

It is a set of personalized practices designed to bring a sense of exploration into the process — an invitation to experiment, get curious, and discover how your body actually responds to different practices in real life. Because your playwork is shaped by the comprehensive intake and therapeutic assessment we begin with, it reflects your health history, lifestyle patterns, goals, and the ways your mindset, nervous system, and body work together in response to the demands of daily life.

The goal of this work is to help you develop the awareness, skills, and inner steadiness that allow you to meet life from a place of strength, clarity, and self-trust.

Over time, many clients discover something powerful: the capacity to move through life from a deeper place of connection with their own body, their own wisdom, and their own sovereignty.

GROUP YOGA THERAPY

Where the power of the work meets the strength of community.

While private sessions offer deep personalization, meaningful change can also unfold within a thoughtfully guided group.

Yoga therapy groups bring together individuals navigating similar experiences or conditions. There is a particular strength that emerges when people doing this kind of work come together — the kind of strength that reminds you that you are not walking this path alone. Shared insight, mutual understanding, and collective experience often deepen the work in ways that are both grounding and profoundly supportive.

Unlike traditional yoga classes, each participant completes an individual intake and assessment prior to the series. This allows the practices offered within the group to remain therapeutically informed and adaptable while still supporting the collective focus of the program.

Groups are intentionally small and carefully structured to maintain therapeutic integrity while allowing the strength of community to become part of the process.

Program pricing varies depending on the series.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • At SerenelyVibrant, I don’t view healing as a destination or a box we check off once and call it complete.

There is no moment where a magic wand appears and suddenly everything is “poof — healed.”

Instead, I see this work as a process of embodiment.

Through therapeutic structure and embodied practice, you begin developing a deeper relationship with your body, your awareness, and your life. Over time you learn to recognize patterns, respond with greater wisdom, and apply what you are learning in real, everyday moments.

This isn’t about fixing something that is broken.

It is about embodying what you learn — practicing it, living it, and allowing it to become part of how you move through the world.

Rather than trying to become someone new, many people discover they are reconnecting with something that was already there: their strength, their wholeness, and their capacity to live with greater awareness and intention.

  • Stress is a natural part of life and cannot simply be removed from our experience.

What often creates difficulty is how the body, mindset, and nervous system learn to respond to ongoing demands over time.

In my work, I don’t try to eliminate stress. Instead, I help you learn how to meet it in a healthier and more empowered way — not by constantly soldiering through it, avoiding it, or collapsing under it.

Through yoga therapy and embodied awareness, we begin reframing stress. Rather than seeing it as something to fight against, I guide you in learning to recognize it as information — an emotion, a signal from the body that something is asking for your attention.

From that perspective, stress can begin to feel less like an enemy and more like a messenger or even a friend.

As you develop the ability to ground yourself in the moment, you begin to move through stressful experiences from a more connected and steady place — a place I often describe as a tapped-in place of remembrance.

From there, stress no longer has to automatically trigger fight or flight. Instead, it becomes something you can meet with awareness, presence, and choice.

  • Yoga therapy is the professional and individualized application of yoga principles and practices to support health and well-being. Rooted in the classical yoga tradition and informed by contemporary health science, it works within a therapeutic relationship that includes personalized assessment, goal setting, lifestyle guidance, and tailored practices.

Unlike general yoga classes, yoga therapy begins with an individual assessment and is designed specifically for your needs, history, and goals. Practices are adapted continuously to support your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

According to the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), yoga therapy is: “The professional application of the principles and practices of yoga to promote health and well-being within a therapeutic relationship that includes personalized assessment, goal setting, lifestyle management, and yoga practices for individuals or small groups.”

  • Private yoga therapy sessions are personalized and guided by a therapeutic plan developed through an intake and assessment process.

Depending on your needs and goals, sessions may include movement practices, breath repatterning, meditation, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, imagery, intention-setting, relevant yogic philosophy, and supportive lifestyle guidance.

Practices are continually adapted to meet you where you are. Over time, sessions help you cultivate self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and develop practical tools that support your well-being in daily life.

You will also receive playwork between sessions — simple practices designed to help you explore and integrate what you are learning into your everyday life.

  • Private 1:1 yoga therapy sessions are available in person or virtually via Zoom, depending on your location and preferences.

Both formats allow for personalized guidance, therapeutic assessment, and tailored practices. Many clients find that virtual sessions work beautifully, allowing them to practice in the comfort of their own space while still receiving attentive, individualized support.

  • All session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with 24–48 hours’ notice. If less than 24–48 hours’ notice is provided, the session will be counted as used and no credit will be issued.

All packages must be used within one year of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after that time will expire and are not eligible for refund or credit. This policy applies to both private 1:1 sessions and group programs.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notifying me, the session may be shortened, rescheduled, or counted as a no-show at my discretion, and the session may be deducted from your package.

If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible. In these situations, I will use my discretion to determine whether the session can be rescheduled or must be forfeited.
